After you contact us, we will first arrange a free on-site visit to your home. We will come to your home and create a service directory tailored to your needs, in which all your wishes, with or without extra work, are taken into account. You will then receive a final offer with a fixed cost guarantee.

A cleaning takes between 2-4 hours, depending on the size of the apartment/single-family house. With additional extra work such as ironing laundry, a maintenance cleaning can also take longer than 4 hours. As a rule, a maintenance cleaning takes place weekly or every two weeks.

Cleaning materials and agents are provided by us. Travel is also included in the price.

That is of course up to you, but you can entrust the apartment to us with confidence. We take careful care of keys or access codes handed over to us and scan our working time with you at every cleaning. With the monthly invoice, you will receive a work protocol where you can clearly track our attendance times.

We assign one employee to each and this person will usually clean your apartment. We incorporate a vacation and sick leave replacement so that you can be sure that the quality remains the same even in the absence of your usual cleaner. Our team has many years of experience in maintenance cleaning, is absolutely trustworthy and also customer-oriented. All our employees speak either German or French.
