Our hygiene and protection concept

“Your health and ours comes first”

Our work processes, as well as our employee training, are divided into the areas of environmental hygiene (correct handling of cleaning agents), personal hygiene (hand hygiene), and operational hygiene (cleaning methods).
Regular ventilation during work, separate waste disposal, adherence to social distancing rules, and regular hand hygiene are further components of our hygiene concept.

4-Color System

Our 4-color system

4-Color System

To guarantee the highest possible hygiene standard, we also work according to the 4-color system. Here, the surfaces to be cleaned are divided into hygiene areas, which are assigned to the 4 colors. Red stands for the cleaning of toilets and urinals, yellow marks the sanitary area such as showers, sinks, tiles, and mirrors. We use blue for cleaning furniture such as doors, chairs, tables, and shelves. Green stands for cleaning in the kitchen area.

Occupational safety/ergonomics

Our work processes are optimized according to ergonomic principles and all our employees are trained accordingly. This prevents overexertion or incorrect strain and achieves greater job satisfaction. In this way, we can also guarantee a higher quality of cleaning in the long term. In addition, the risk of workplace accidents is minimized.
